Anyway, the best news of the week. RTL would be working on a Temptation Island VIP for celebrities. Something like this is suddenly whispered in the corridors, then denied by RTL itself, but suddenly about five semi-celebrities confirm separately that they have been approached. Hmm. Where there's smoke, there's fire, you would think.

The question that immediately pops up is: which (famous) weirdo would want this for heaven's sake? Actor Oscar Aerts certainly not. He posted a photo on his Insta Stories yesterday of the application with a sarcastically laughing emoji. Also Tony Wyczynski (Star from Oh Oh Cherso) is said to have been asked, as well as vlogger Mascha Feoktistova, ex-Miss Netherlands Jessie Jaz Vuijk, YouTuber Kalvijn, and Pauline Wingelaar (Real Gooische girls).

Ultimately, there will probably be couples who you think: celebrities? HA! What a joke. (Although I must say I thought that about Adam zkt Eva VIPS too and was genuinely surprised by the names they managed to snag). But a little fantasizing is always allowed, right? If there were to be a Temptation Island VIP consisting of four couples, then this would be my dream team.

Monica Geuze and Lars Veldwijk

Okay okay she's pregnant so I don't think the chance is extremely high, but honestly: this would be a dream couple for the show. Moreover, Monica seems to be a fan too, she recently told 538. “I really think Temptation is the best there is. The best thing ever made. There hasn't been any other show that I looked forward to the next episode more.”

Anna Nooshin & Danny Danny Roumimper

Jut and Jul have been together for over ten years and the relationship seems bulletproof so far. Would they survive in the tropics too? Anna alone on Robinson so YES we are curious about that. Keep on dreaming guys, keep on dreaming.

Bibi Breijman and Waylon

Are they still together? Yes, right? I see that Bibi is picking up Instagram again after the burnout, so perhaps a vacation in the sun will work wonders. Although, I can picture Waylon again with eight temptresses in the pool...

Arie and Romy Boomsma

With two kids on the count maybe not a very wise idea, but hey, a person can dream, right? I'm already ready for Arie in swim trunks.
