The movies you want to go to the cinema for now
Normally, I am the type: have patience. In the last ten years, I only went to the cinema for the new Hobbit movie. Yes, inside I am a total nerd and worth at least ten Gandalfs. But now there is suddenly so much deliciousness in the cinema that even I am considering going to the movie temple.
1. A Simple Favor
With Blake Lively who suddenly is of the mysterious kind.
2. Doris
Giggling at Tjitske Reidinga, who masterfully portrays what can happen to a woman.
3. The House With A Clock In Its Walls
I’m not entirely sure what I think of this, but the trailer intrigues me and that’s a start.
4. Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again
Finally, finally, finally. A little swaying with ABBA and swooning like a schoolgirl.
5. Crazy Rich Asians
I’m going to see what this movie is about. I think something with Asians, who are rich and crazy. Sounds good to me.
6. Book Club
About four women who get to know Fifty Shades’ Christian Grey. Pure entertainment, the delight.
7. A Star Is Born
With Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, about singing and daring. In the category: want to see (just wait until October 4).
8. McQueen
About the vision and the exceptionally artistic mind of Alexander McQueen.
9. The Children Act
Just the trailer already grabs you by the throat. Beware: high crying content.
10. The Spy Who Dumped Me
Material that men also like to go to. Because: Mila Kunis and a good dose of action.
