There is news about the marriage of Harry and Meghan

Look, it may be Monday morning, icy on the roads and with buckets (icicles) falling from the sky, but there is also good news. Wonderful news even. This morning, Kensington Palace announced via an official statement what the big day for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will look like on May 19. Coffee in hand? Lean back and enjoy with me. My day can't get any better already…

Kensington Palace first wants to let us know that the lovebirds are extremely grateful for all the well wishes they have received so far and that they are very much looking forward to sharing the big day and the whole event (including the anticipation) with you and me.

The wedding will take place in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle at 12:00 PM. This is also the location where Crown Prince Charles gave his vows to Camilla Parker-Bowles in 2005. After the ceremony, the newlyweds will take a carriage ride (probably in a shiny gold carriage) through Windsor via Castle Hill, High Street, Sheet Street, Kings Road, and Albert Road to return to Windsor Castle along Long Walk. This way, Harry and Meghan can hopefully let the public enjoy their big day as much as possible. Upon returning to the castle, the reception will take place in St. George’s Hall, where a toast will be made with the guests. Subsequently, Prince Charles will host a private reception (with family and close friends) for his youngest son and brand new daughter-in-law.

If you haven't done it yet (shame on you), mark May 19 with a big cross. Scones, cream, jam, biscuits, chocolate, and liters of tea are a must, because you will experience the wedding live from your comfy chair. Or from your bed. For us, it's just an hour's time difference, but for the Markles living in LA, it's a slightly different story. They will have to set the alarm to follow the vows. Can we now get some images leaked of Miss Markle's dress?
