This is it: the wedding dress of Katja Schuurman
Katja is getting married to her Freek and everyone gets to enjoy the preparations. She is now honestly showing which dress she will say the most important ‘yes’ of her life in.
The coolest stylist in the Netherlands, Fred van Leer, has helped her choose the dress and he showcases the final result with a bunch of hearts. It all happened in the TLC program Say Yes To The Dress. It's quite a specimen: one that only Katja can pull off. One that is so sexy that only Katja can get away with it. One that is incredibly ‘wow’. An immensely high slit, a bare top, all accompanied by a dose of glitter, frills, and floral decorations. You don't see something like that often. And you have to be brave enough to wear it on your big day.
She herself says about the chosen dress: ‘I need to be able to dance comfortably in it and I don't want to wear high heels. And not in a corset. That also applies to my marriage.’ Freek and Kat are getting married next year in the spring. She already has a daughter with her ex Thijs Römer, Sammie (8).
The reactions to the dress are mostly positive. ‘So Katja,’ many say. Some people obviously have comments, but fortunately, many followers defend her. ‘All jealous of that insane body,’ they retort. That's how it is.
