Since May and Daan are back from London there are light pink boxes everywhere in our editorial office. A typical English treat as a super cute editorial snack that we've all been enjoying for days: Cartwright & Butler. You might know it, and if not, we're about to change that. Just for the lovely boxes of the traditional sweets since 1981, you'll want to smuggle the candy boxes home. And of course for the candies themselves, because how delicious they are. Never before has a sour candy been so close to my Smint addiction.
So: when in England, look up a Cartwright & Butler. They have the cutest tea and coffee boxes in pastel, hazelnut chocolate truffles, and our candies in question. A tip from us: shop the Sherbet Pips (dainty little hard boiled sweets that burst with sherbet delight) and the pattern fruit sweets (pretty hard boiled sweets that taste even better than they look), according to the Londoners themselves. There, you immediately have a good excuse to book a city trip to the Chiltern Firehouse You're welcome!
