I know few editors-in-chief who are as enthusiastic as Esther Goedegebuure from JAN. When we have our annual or biannual press trip together, we pour a glass and she tells me what is coming up. In May we traveled with our friends from Lancaster, and while spreading on our sunbeds she told me about the Holiday JAN. My favorite columnist Carolien Spaans wrote a book about her love Jean, who is no longer with her due to the tragedy of life. In this JAN there are four chapters from her book. I was already crying at the title. Furthermore, a hilarious story about dogs and vacation and the addresses you can't even think of. So now I suddenly want to go to Canada to catch salmon and eat it in the evening. If you call me and I don't pick up... It's all Esther's fault.
