What shall we drink?

I have some tasty suggestions for you

Once upon a time, there was a golden drink table aka bar cart alias the trolley. That May had to, would, and wanted in her life. Because we like to be known as fun colleagues, we went in search of the cart/trolley/bar of her dreams and we found it at Sissy-Boy. With May's birthday, we had taken the easy way out with flowers. The most beautiful in the city, but the real gift was still to come (two months later). Accurate couple that we are. The cart/trolley/bar was found, but it looked a bit empty, alcohol-free, and sad. Because we wanted the hippest of the hip, in 2018 as well, I called in the help of our friend Lisa from de Kraak. Expert in drinks you want to drink. Are you writing along? This is the booze you will indulge in this summer (and where we filled May's car with).

Give me a G, give me a T

The best DAM gin in the world, as Damrak itself says. Particularly suitable for making a nice GT, we did. One takes gin, some Thomas Hendrik Tonic, plenty of ice in a good large glass, a slice of cucumber or a sprig of lavender… Cheers to the weekend. Is it already four o'clock somewhere? Hello?

Moscow Mule, baby

Give me my ‘Foute Friday playlist’ (this exists in the editorial team, this exists), a bottle of Belvedere Vodka and I am a happy person. This is my favorite because you make excellent Moscow Mules with this. A splash of vodka, lime juice, ginger beer, a sprig of mint and Vaste zdoróvje (I believe).

Women on the Scotch

I find it challenging, but Renske already said that women should drink more whiskey. We might as well start with the most trending scotch in the world. Aim high and more of that. So if you go for Monkey Shoulder, a smooth triple malt, I've been told. I'm going to try it, I promise.

Hey, Hendrick’s

Hendrick’s Gin for the win. It works excellently as a gin and tonic, but just make a Hendrick’s Gin Martini once. Take 50 milliliters of gin, add 7 milliliters of dry vermouth, stir a bit and let chill, together in a martini glass and done. A recipe for those who like something strong.

Buy some cool glasses, a nice napkin to serve on, possibly a straw and cheers.
