Why you are an incredibly nice person if you love sleeping in

If I don't set an alarm, I can wake up without any problem around twelve/one o'clock. Even if I didn't hang out in the pub until dawn the night before.
Because what is better than sleeping in and napping through the day, every now and then? I am a night person through and through. Only around four o'clock do I become myself and start talking. Of course, I also want to enjoy my weekend, but I also have fun from around eleven o'clock. But now I have found my favorite facts.
Research shows that people who love to sleep in are positive people. They are social and happy. This is mainly because they never cancel plans and never go home early because they consider the next day. They enjoy more in the moment and commit themselves less to everything and anything on the weekend, like going to a coffee appointment at nine o'clock on Sunday or lying in complicated Pilates poses at seven o'clock on Saturday morning.
So you are nicely mindful as a sleeper-in, because you enjoy each day even more. Additionally, as a nap-through-the-day sleeper, you also worry less about everything. You really do what you feel like doing on the weekend and don't have to exhaust yourself with a million things you want to do. You find it all fine. You have a sober outlook on life and you also think well of yourself and not always of others. Therefore, the chance of burnout is also significantly smaller. People who sleep too little also suffer more from a poor memory, a mediocre mood, and a higher chance of being overweight. Winning, then, if you lie in bed for a long time. Look, that's something you can use.
Can you barely sleep? Here’s the trick: move for twenty minutes four times a week. This improves the quality of your sleep. And it still holds that a good night's sleep happy is beneficial. So take those hours, get on that bike, and don't hesitate to turn over one more time on the weekend. Fun people do that after all. You’re welcome.
