YES: Penoza is really coming to the cinema now

Just imagine for a moment. Sitting on a fluffy red chair. Popcorn on the left. Crunchy nachos with cheddar on the right. A room full of yearning Penoza fans. The shit is on. The bullet has gone through the church. Hit series Penoza is getting the long-awaited movie sequel. Filming for the movie will start in a few months in Amsterdam and abroad. What the movie is exactly about and which actors are returning remains top secret for now, but according to director and writer Diederik van Rooijen, all the regular actors they wanted have at least said yes. If you’re thinking: uh Penoza, yeah, that sounds great but I haven’t seen it: don’t worry. It will be a standalone story, so you can jump in blank. Although, to be honest, it’s a bit more fun if you already know Carmen van Walraven, aggressive Boris, and cuddly criminal Berry. And (spoiler alert), will we finally get an answer to the question of whether Carmen has kicked the bucket or not? Oh guys, can’t wait, can’t wait.
