10 unnecessary ridiculous facts about Bill Gates' bizarre house

Does your house have no name? No, right? Well, then you don't belong with the rich & famous. A little bit of someone gives their house a name. Today I want to introduce you to ‘Xanadu 2.0’, the house of Bill Gates. It took seven years to build the little abode, but then you have something. Did I already mention that the home theater in art deco style accommodates twenty guests? That's what I mean: the better work.
Time to get to know Xanadu better...
1. The palace is worth over 113 million euros.
2. The house has 24 bathrooms, of which 10 have a bath. Oh and: there are six kitchens.
3. There is a trampoline room with a ceiling height of six meters. I can totally imagine that being quite a cool workout.
4. Quite bizarre, but guests can control the temperature and lighting throughout the house themselves. When you arrive at the house, you receive a badge that connects to sensors throughout the house, so the conditions change as you move through the house?!
5. Oh, and as a guest, you can adjust even more: with the push of a button, you switch the art on the wall. There are computer screens hanging everywhere in and around the house with a total value of about 75,000 euros.
6. I’m cracking up over this, but Bill has a favorite tree that is monitored 24 hours a day. The man is a fan of a forty-year-old maple tree that is close to his house. If the tree gets too dry, water is automatically pumped in.
7. The indoor pool has its own underwater music system. Just in case you want to listen to music while you go underwater, you know.
8. An artificial stream is continuously filled with fish.
9. Oh, and the sand on Bill's beach comes from the Caribbean. That is brought in anew from St. Lucia every year.
10. Moving on to the most valuable possession of the house: in the enormous library lies a manuscript for which Bill paid more than 26 million euros during an auction in 1994. So there.
And now the question I can only think of... Is there a security company that dares to take this on? Wow. Respect.
