“Actually, it's sad that you have to be physically away from home”

It's so nice to be away for a few days and completely immerse yourself in relaxed vibes. In a beautiful little house of friends, four full days were all about eating, playing games by the fireplace, eating, playing with Otis in the grass, soaking up every ray of sunshine that came our way, and even more eating. Actually, it's quite sad that you have to be physically away from home to treat yourself to this. Fully recharged, we left la douce France, only to quickly return.

We were back in the country for less than an hour when I was already at the H&M headquarters for a very special shoot. The Studio S/S19 collection was launched today, and yesterday I got to take photos in my favorite outfits. Or rather, photos: to be precise, photos. Because for each outfit, I had to stand in exactly the same pose for minutes to get cool video/photo art as a result. Hopefully, spring will come soon so I can rock these outfits on the street.

This coming weekend it’s happening: the most fun mommy event in the Netherlands will take place. At the We Are Pregnant event, you will find the coolest baby and kids brands that you may have never heard of: last year I gained a lot of inspiration. This edition they are joining forces with the LINDA. Foundation: a non-profit organization that supports Dutch families living below the poverty line. There will be all sorts of cool activities to raise money for a good cause, and where you can win amazing prizes. We will also be at the event with Lemej, and for €5 you can have the initials or name of your little one embroidered on your nursing shawl or hydrofield cloth. We will fully donate this amount to the LINDA. Foundation. And as if that’s not enough: with the purchase of a Lemej product, you will also receive a beautiful personal illustration from Rowan Sterenberg as a gift. Enough reason to stop by this weekend!
We Are Pregnant, March 22/23/24, Werkspoorkathedraal in Utrecht.

I proudly present to you the cover of Grazia Kids. So special to be able to take these beautiful photos with Otis. During the shoot, Otis felt so comfortable that he preferred to stand alone in front of the camera. The result turned out beautifully and is in stores starting this week.
