Nutella fan? Then you want to know this

If you sit still for a moment, I'll quickly pull off the band-aid, okay? Alright. Here it comes. The largest Nutella factory in the world is closed all week. I don't know what's up with strikes lately (Yes NS, I'm looking at you too), but companies with a monopoly role apparently find it normal to disadvantage us common folks in the context of their own labor agreements. The 160 employees of the largest Nutella factory (in the Normandy Villers-Ecalles) have been refusing to go to work for the sixth (!) day in a row because they want higher wages. And exactly in that factory, a quarter of all Nutella worldwide is made. About six hundred thousand jars per day on average. And so there is now a bit of fear for a shortage on the store shelves. It will probably all be fine in practice, but if the chocolate lover gets a spontaneous error just at the thought of an empty shelf: then just to be safe, head to the supermarket for your favorite spread. Just to be sure.
