In the suitcase of a model

Lily spends her days as a model, rushing from shoot to show and then to another casting. On Amayzine, she tells you all about what her life is really like. Under a different name, of course, but that means she can share all the juicy details. This week, you get to spend a day with her, which means you'll be taking at least 15,000 steps.

I'm going on a trip and I'm taking... A super fun game to test your memory, but what if you arrive at a job and realize you've forgotten your (sexy) skin-colored bra? Quite annoying, so let's hope the stylist packed her bag better.

To avoid these kinds of annoying situations I have a packing checklist and today I'm giving you a peek into my suitcase (or more often: a backpack, because for one night back and forth, I'm not dragging a suitcase).

In the handbag

• Wallet (duh): because who knows, I might score a bra at the airport. And of course some yummy airport food.
• Phone: no way I can go without my phone now. I need to check my Insta, right?
• Passport: you won't get far without a passport, so that seems logical.
• Hand sanitizer: you don't want to know how dirty airports and airplanes are.
• Toothbrush and toothpaste: brushing your teeth after a flight is the best thing to do.
• Noise-canceling headphones: against the annoying crying baby in the seat behind me.
• Phone charger and portable charger: after three hours of playing sudoku and taking selfies, I need to
• charge it again.
• Lip balm and moisturizer: dry airplane air = dry skin and lips. That can't be as a model.

In the suitcase/backpack

• Skin-colored underwear: the model must.
• Clean socks: the number 1 item I often forget.
• Toiletry bag: well stocked with unnecessary things, but never in the mood to clean it out.
• Makeup remover: after a day full of makeup on your face, taking it off is the best
• feeling ever.
• A pajama: also something I often forgot, until I once had to share my room with the
• makeup artist. Quite awkward...
• Another extra skin-colored thong for an unexpected job because, well, the life of a model is unpredictable.
• An extra outfit: because who wants to be seen in the same clothes for two days?
• Nipple covers: when you can't wear a bra because it shows, but they also don't want to see nipples because that's too sexy. So you stick two weird little rubber things on your nipples. Hot.
• Energy bars: because what if they only have gluten and lactose-rich food. Yikes!
• Another extra skin-colored thong for that other unexpected job because, well, the life of a model is unpredictable.
• Workout bands: to make good use of the lonely hotel hours.
• Laptop: to fill the lonely hotel hours with brainless series.

Well, that's it again. It could very well be that I've forgotten something, but I'll probably find out too late. Luckily, I can improvise and just wear my socks inside out. Since I'm a model, I rock that and a week later it's in fashion.
