So you're sitting on a terrace. Glass on the left, friend on the right. It's all great because the weekend is still long and the sun is shining, but what happens? Your wine gets warm. And because you don't want to ruin that white Burgundy with three ice cubes, you have a dilemma on your hands.

What to do?

During my super fun trip to Aix-en-Provence with the friends from AIX rose I got the perfect tip that my AIX-friend (not to be confused with ex-boyfriend) had received from Hubrecht Duijker. And that is… Take an ice cube, let it float in your glass for ten seconds and gently move your glass back and forth. Then take the ice cube out and et voilà, your divine drink is chilled without losing any flavor.
