Just a bit more about Erland and Wendy
Well, whether they asked for it or not, we can't get around Erland and Wendy since last week. The marriage crisis, the major transfer of Wendy to Talpa and now the late night Instagram post.
‘Proud of you!’, Erland writes late last night under a photo of Wendy, followed by a hashtag with a heart. Hey, haven't we seen that before? Exactly. When Erland left RTL, Wendy posted exactly the same kind of photo of him on her Instagram, also with the text ‘Proud of you’ and #heart. These two people are fighting like pitbulls for their relationship and yet it feels a bit weird. The audience witnessing someone else's crisis is something that makes you feel a bit awkward. The ‘I don’t want to know this at all’ is ping-ponging in my head with the ‘I actually want to know this’.

Furthermore, no one knows exactly what is going on, but a real transfer tornado is raging through the Dutch TV world. Rik is the new Art, Art was supposed to become the new Dennis, but then Kaj became the new Dennis. I can't keep up with it all anymore. Maybe a fresh start for Wendy is also a good thing. After thirteen years at RTL, she returns to the channel where her TV adventure began: SBS6. What exactly happens to The Voice then? Martijn Krabbé lets it be known on Insta that he will miss his partner in crime. Wendy will finish this season, and from next season a replacement will be sought.
