Maybe I've been living under a rock, it's just not my genre or I'm in the wrong friend group. I dunno. But hey, I just came across a song called ‘Shut up and eat me out.’ I shit you not. The singer is MEROL, known for her songs ‘Nice with the girls’ and ‘Christmas with the fam.’ I mean you can say a lot, but this girl knows how to grab our attention. Your first reaction is actually that it's a bit weird, right? At least mine was. Like, uh, dear MEROL (please just say Merel), act normal. Take a moment to relax. But if you think about it a bit longer, there's actually a pretty nice message in there. How often do you see scantily clad chicks dancing in music videos while the rappers are talking about what they want to do with those women? I can still hear Bizzey blasting from the speakers with his: ‘Babe we can hang, I'm not gay. Men always sing about what they want and I think it's pretty good to put something against that for once.
