Merry X-mas: Chateau Meiland gets Christmas edition(s)

Monday. For me, often the least favorite day of the week. Because, of course, it's still a long way from Friday. Not even a mini-Friday (that is: Thursday). In fact, the day after tomorrow isn't even Friday. It's the start of the workweek. No one is really in a good mood. And tonight is also the last episode of Chateau Meiland. Maybe a reason to put their slogan into practice for this occasion. WINE, WINE, WINE. A good excuse to open that bottle is always welcome to me. It's already cold, you know.
But anyway, the last episode, and that's a bit of a shame. But there is good news. This morning it was announced that they are coming back, and fully in Christmas spirit. Yes, the Meiland family is returning to the screen with a special Christmas edition. What am I saying? Not one episode, but probably several. A Christmas mini-season, entirely in Chateau Meiland style, which can only mean that it's going to be a hysterical Christmas.
Well, and that's what we have to deal with for now. How many episodes, how long, also not unimportant: when it will be broadcast at Christmas... That will be announced later. But I think this news is already good enough, you know. It's like starting with your new advent calendar and finding the best gift on the very first day. Absolutely fine.
Hey, and if you're thinking, Christmas with the Meiland family, that sounds really good to me? Unfortunately, their chateau is already full this Christmas. What am I saying, their chateau is already full next Christmas too. I've already checked when there is space in Chateau Marillaux, and that is currently January 10, 2023. No joke. Then you can check in for the first time. But should we reserve just in case?
Unless you are an incredibly lucky person (or just very good at planning ahead, that could be it too) and are celebrating Christmas with the Meiland family, real life in France, I guess we will all be watching SBS6 together this December. Really looking forward to this hysterical, wine-filled Christmas.
