You won't believe what happened to Nicolette's father. René van Dam, very well known from the popular butcher shop on Cornelis Schuytstraat, has been robbed. The perpetrators targeted his watch and assaulted him in broad daylight so severely that he is now in the hospital with injuries to his teeth and jaw. Un-be-lie-va-ble.

Nicolette van Dam is on a winter sports trip in Lermoos with her family. Whether she is still there is unclear, but she does let us know how they are doing: ‘We are devastated. Fortunately, my father is in the best hands. We are a strong family and are now focusing on my father's recovery.’
