Oh yes, here we go again: these are the candidates of Expeditie Robinson 2019

WOEHOOOO. There are two things that make me wag my tail every year. A: the 80 percent sale (currently going on by the way) and B: the new Robbesnobbers. The celebrities who have been persuaded to survive on an island. It's always top secret who the lucky few are, although after the eighteenth year in which candidates have been spotted at Schiphol, you do start to wonder a bit why they aren't flying from Brussels. Or flying separately. Or business class. Ah, we all know: screw that horse, you shouldn't look a given publicity in the mouth.

Who can we expect on the screen in September? These people were spotted at the airport. And this is what the diehard fans expect.

1. Roy Donders

The one with the hard curls and tracksuits, yes. And yes: this is really confirmed.

2. Thomas Berge

Sorry, but am I the only one who just realized that the singer is actually named Chiel Ottink? Good lord. And did he think Thomas Berge was a good stage name or something? I’m confused.

3. Frank van der Lende

Radio presenter at 3FM. I had to Google him for his face. Ah, that guy, yes.

4. Kelvin Boerma

A.k.a. YouTuber Kalvijn. Platinum blonde and paprika-eating. Funny guy.

5. Tom Coronel

Mr. the race car driver. Oh gosh. My boyfriend is really going to enjoy this.

6. Rob Geus

Aaaah, my buddy from the Smaakpolitie/Red mijn vakantie. So much fun. Love Rob.

Anyway, all of this with a guarantee to the front door, huh. Just have to wait for the official announcement from RTL. Can’t wait can’t waitttttt, woohoo.
