Reminder: Season 5 of Peaky Blinders is now online and you want to know this

A very nice Friday and say hello to the Peaky fucking Blinders. Yes, yes, season 5 has been online since this morning, 09:00 sharp. That's a nice way to wake up and start the weekend (cancel plans for tonight, it's going to be binge-watching). All six episodes are available as we speak, and if you've already watched a bit as the early bird, you know: it was worth the wait.
Because the burning questions we had were of course how Tommy is doing (he wasn't exactly in a good place, to say the least), and perhaps the most important question: is Alfie Simmons still alive? The bullet didn't seem necessarily fatal, but you never know. I'm not going to give spoilers (I never take that kindly from people myself), but there are enough unanswered questions to check out season 5 at a rapid pace.
The good news is that seasons 6 and 7 are also a certainty, the bad news is that – since all episodes have now been released at once, the wait for that sixth season has officially begun. I can at least tell you that season 5 also ends with a bang, so expect a good cliffhanger for that sixth season. And prepare to say goodbye to an important character. A bit of a spoiler, sorry.
Another extra piece of news for the game enthusiasts, of which I count myself as well. A bit of a successful series has good merchandise, and Peaky Blinders happily participates in that. No pencil cases or posters, no, a board game. How fun is that. Binge night with a concluding game night, I'm totally in. In this board game, you're in the twenties, playing with a racehorse, a gun, or for example a whiskey glass, and you have to defeat your opponents in a gang war. But you don't win that alone, and that's why you need to form networks with your fellow players and invest in different types of trade. I haven't seen the board game yet, but I have the feeling it's a kind of combination of Risk and Monopoly. In other words; I'm excited. Let the games begin, by order of the Peaky Blinders.
