Rode fluwelen latte

A caramel, hazelnut or vanilla latte we already know, but a red velvet latte? Holy shit, that no longer sounds like a flavored coffee but a birthday cake as a drink. And now I hear you thinking: yes, super fun such a special latte, but I really don't have time for that? Well, you do. A cup of tea without a Quooker takes you even more time than making this dream of a caffè latte. Curious how to make it? Of course, we are more than happy to show you:
Ingredients for two lattes
– 120 ml espresso
– 300 ml whole milk
– 3 tbsp Van Vliet pear red sugar for stewed pears
– 1 tbsp beet juice
– 50 ml whipped cream in a spray can
– 1 red velvet cookie
– 1 white chocolate bar
1. Divide the espresso over the glasses.
2. Heat the milk in a saucepan until just below boiling with two thirds of the
pear red. Whisk with a whisk or special milk frother until firm foam.
Add together with the beet juice to the espresso and stir.
3. Divide the whipped cream over it and sprinkle with the rest of the
pear red, white chocolate shavings and red velvet cookie crumble.
