Yeah, we already wrote about it earlier, and the prediction did come true. Netflix can rub its hands together with the great success of The Irishman, because the Three. And. A. Half. Hour. Long. Film featuring Hollywood veterans Al Pacino and Robert De Niro is a gigantic hit. In the first seven days, it has been viewed by 26.4 million (!) accounts worldwide, Netflix announces. I must honestly say that I haven't seen it myself yet (because yes: three and a half hours) but the strong contender for the Golden Globe Awards is scheduled for this weekend, Netflix. Promised.
