Sex and the City fans, pay attention: this new series is for you

Sometimes I find it incredibly not so badass of myself, but I love those whole girly-girly movies, where a girly girl works in the fashion world, wears all girly clothes, is probably tormented by a stupid colleague/boss/neighbour, and at the end falls madly in love with the hunk from the series. You understand that I've seen The Devil Wears Prada ten times. The scene where Lauren Conrad went to apply at Teen Vogue in her tight Barbie dress too. Sex and the City three times in full? Been there, done that.

But now. There is new girly series stuff coming, called Emily in Paris. Emily (played by Lily Collins) comes from Chicago and moves to Paris to work for a French luxury marketing agency. But living in Paris and adapting to the whole culture is not that easy. The series is produced by Darren Star, the man who was also responsible for producing all seasons of Sex and the City. And yes, the famous stylist of SATC, Patricia Field, is responsible for all the looks of the series. Says enough, right? We want to see this. And very soon. Season 1 consists of ten episodes and will probably premiere somewhere in 2020. Can’t. Wait.
