You know, there at the Pulitzer Hotel, with a view of the Keizersgracht and the Reestraat. The restaurant with the characteristic marble tables is transformed into restaurant Sjanzs for one evening on February 14th. The concept is quite fun. When you sit at the table together, ‘the Man with a Pen’ comes by to have a chat and based on this, he writes a personal poem, especially for you. The glaze almost bursts from my teeth from love. On the menu? Ooh, pasta with truffle and chocolate fondant. Am I the only one who suddenly gets hungry? Is it already the fourteenth?
