Temptation Roger is completely done with criticism of ‘his’ Laura

They are the talk of the town: Laura and Roger. Never before has Temptation Island such a snoring couple been cast. Right? And so we make jokes. We complain on Twitter. God god god, that Laura. But now it turns out that it hasn't all been easy for her. And her boy (or should we say: ex-boy) even less so. In a long post on Instagram, Roger really lets loose. Reason: the 22-year-old Laura apparently can't even walk normally on the streets in Belgium.

‘How many people have committed suicide because they are bullied every single day? How many people have been in a situation where you are bullied every day? How many people have been in a situation where you are attacked when you walk down the street?’, he writes. ‘You have criticism and you have a judgment, but you also have bullying. What is happening now is that Laura is simply being bullied away. And I can already hear people saying: ‘Yes, she has brought this upon herself, then she shouldn't have signed up for TI.’ I genuinely find it very sad that a program allows a person to be hated. I hope Laura stays strong enough to let this blow over. But what if that is not the case? Have you ever thought about that?’

The creators of the program also get a slap on the wrist. ‘Because there is no talk about cheating, the program has to attract attention this way. It's outrageous that they have to attract attention like this. Ratings are not more important than a human life.’

And that's just how it is.
