The 5 things that help with an impure skin

Around Christmas, the first one came up, in gloomy January followed two and it has been a string of them ever since. My skin has its quirks, the restless kind. The whole thing looks a bit impure, especially on and around the chin. So there's work to be done. These are the five simple strategies that will improve your skin.
1. Drink water
You already knew this, but by drinking enough water, circulation improves and your skin stays smoother and more elastic. Aim for about two to three liters of water per day.
2. A beauty bootcamp
I know this works from personal experience. Book a course of connective tissue massages for your face and neck and you look two years younger, and with a bit of luck, three. The specialist on duty also immediately addresses some imperfections on your face, five treatments later and there are no clogged pores to be found.
3. Red wine
The cork can come off the bottle, because the research on the effect of red wine on acne could turn out well. The skin of the blue grape contains the substance resveratrol which has antibacterial properties in the skin. The research does talk about applying it to the skin, but oh well, who cares about that.
4. Go outside
With your head in the wind, because clean air, walking, and some oxygen are good for circulation (and actually for your whole body). But don't forget to protect yourself from the sun in the meantime, because that causes long-term damage (read: wrinkles).
5. Go to bed
Your skin is a reflection of how you feel. So it could very well be that you have a sleep deficit, don't eat healthy enough, or have hormones that are out of balance. The fitter you are, the more beautiful your skin, it's that simple. With sleep, the skin repairs itself.
