Of course, tomorrow is Valentine's Day and that means we really should highlight a nice guy, and after my binge-watching week of Riverdale, it could really only be Cole Sprouse a.k.a. Jughead, also known as part of the Riverdale couple Bughead (Archie and Veronica honestly don't count). And yes, believe me, you want to get to know him better too. Find out what’s behind this pretty face. I've done the detective work for you, so here it is: 9 things you want to know about Cole Sprouse. Just in time for Valentine's Day tomorrow and, much more importantly: for the new episode of Riverdale that comes online tomorrow.

1. But let's get straight to the point: if Cole Sprouse isn't really your type or if you're thinking: hey, nice guy, but I prefer blondes, then you're in luck in this case. Cole Sprouse actually has an identical twin brother named Dylan. And yes, they look strikingly alike, only Dylan is blonde (Cole dyes his hair dark for Riverdale). Unfortunately, this Dylan has just moved in with Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin, but hey, a girl can dream.

2. Cole is unfortunately also no longer available, as he is dating both Riverdale and in real life with Betty (Lili Reinhart), and has been for quite some time now. They seem to be spending Valentine's Day together this year instead of with a poster of Cole Sprouse above your bed. Because that would be sad, right? Time to redecorate my bedroom for tomorrow.

3. Secretly, we've known Cole Sprouse for much longer. Let's go back twenty years (and feel old) to Ross's son from Friends, Ben: he was played by Cole from the time he was a toddler. After that, he and his twin brother got their own series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. The Sprouse brothers have been in the business for a while now.

4. Besides acting experience, he also took something away from Friends, namely his first love. And that was none other than… Jennifer Aniston. Yes, Cole himself was only a few years old, but he was head over heels for Rachel. He says about this: ‘I had a really, really hard time working with Jennifer because I was so in love.’ Sweet.

5. Not just a pretty face, but also brains. In 2011, he took a break from acting and studied archaeology and humanities, graduating in 2015. Definitely something to be proud of, but secretly we think it's great that he went back in front of the camera afterwards.

6. And nowadays, Cole is not only in front of the camera but also behind it. He is making quite a name for himself as a photographer. And not without merit: he has photographed names like Kendall Jenner. And of course, his muse Lili Reinhart (the romantic) often appears in his photos. Its slogan is ‘May the fastest camera win’: there he shares photos of people (fans?) who recognize him and want to take a picture with him, where he then first takes a photo of them. 8. His Twitter is also one to keep an eye on (even for me as a non-Twitter user), the man really has humor, which makes him even sexier. I'm daydreaming again.


9. The producers of Riverdale actually wanted him to play Archie, but Cole preferred Jughead. At first, he didn't think the whole Riverdale idea was worth it, until he got a sense of its darker tone and wanted to give it a chance. I'm curious about what he thinks of the latest developments of the show…
