There is wine for cats so I know who I will be having drinks with today

A cat climbing on the table wanting to take food

Crazy cat ladies, cancel all your plans for today. For this weekend. No after-work drinks with friends, no hanging out in the pub, you have a different, much more important drink planned for today. One that might give you a hangover tomorrow, perhaps two if your cat gets to sleep in your bed (much cozier). There is actually wine that you can drink with your cat. Yes, really. Wine, bitterballen, and kibble, those will be the ingredients for tonight. How fun is that? I hereby announce the new trend of 'vrijmiauwbo'.

And even better: you have options too. Or rather, your cat does. There is MusCATo (fun), Pinot Meow (more fun), or Pawsecco (most fun). My Pebbles is often a diva, so I definitely start with a glass of bubbles for her. Before you really make plans to hang the lights with your feline friend; there are no shots for cats. But what’s not there… I definitely feel a gap in the market. Maybe I’ll develop it myself. Limiauwcello. Guaranteed success.

A small difference is that you will get that hangover from too much wine, while the cat version contains no alcohol. Better that way. It does contain catnip, and if you’ve ever heard of that, you know how much cats love it. Extremely delicious. Fun: the smell often makes cats very eager, which of course is also recognizable for us when that bottle is finally uncorked at five o'clock on Friday afternoon. The effect of catnip lasts about 5 to 15 minutes, so that fits quite well with the wine drinking pace. I don’t know about you, but for me, this is the best news of the week. What am I saying? Month.

Okay, now of course the question: where do you get this miracle product? Well, quite simple: at websites like Pets Place or Medpets. Just set up a nice snack board and your drinks can start right away. Pebbles and I say cheers in advance.
