This is the date when you can watch season 6 of Grace and Frankie

Grace and Frankie, they have actually become a bit of my two girlfriends. What’s funny is that I wasn’t a loyal viewer from the start. I thought it wouldn’t be anything, that I didn’t belong to the target audience and that it wouldn’t be that funny. Turns out I was completely wrong on all counts. Because that series is actually very fun, and so it happened that I binge-watched all the seasons at record speed. Now I’m all caught up and waiting with the rest for season 6. But there is good news.

That wait is almost over, because on Wednesday, January 15, the ladies will be back on Netflix. The first images have also been released, which unfortunately (not yet? There will surely be a trailer, right?) are not moving images. But hey, it’s something. And we can already deduce a thing or two from it. Grace gives her yes to Nick and Frankie is not really amused about that. We also know that season 6 will end with a cliffhanger, because season 7 has already been announced.

A small downside is that season 7 will be the very last one. Going out with a bang, but it does make Grace and Frankie the longest-running Netflix series to date. Quite an achievement. So if you, like me, are a bit skeptical about this series: give it a try, you won’t regret it. The longest-running Netflix series can’t be bad, right? Exactly.

It’s going to be a busy period, that January. The Witcher will just have come out, the second season of YOU, the second season of Sex Education and the new series Ragnarok. So that’s clear, I will definitely be MIA this January.
