Oh no, Netflix: the final season of Grace and Frankie is in the works

Our Grace, our Frankie. Sol, Robert, Mallory, Brianna (!), Coyote and Bud… There goes our almost-family, even the longest-running Netflix series ever has to end. That seems to be what they think at Netflix, because we would have liked it to go on for eternity. We wanted to grow old with Grace and Frankie, even though they are already a bit.

Our (normally, but not right now) favorite streamer announces that there will be a season 7 of Grace and Frankie (hooray), but that this will also be the last one (crying). So far, there are 78 episodes of the troubles of Grace, Frankie and company online, so there will be more, but the finale is in sight. Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin say they will really miss the ladies themselves.

But we don't have to go cold turkey with a last season right away, because we are still patiently waiting for six and then the finale. Experts expect the season in January 2020, we dare not say when we can get back to it in the Netherlands. But at least we can start preparing calmly for the end. Or something like that… For now, we are just going to cry very hard in a corner.
