Good news for when you finish The Handmaid’s Tale

Update:
It has just been announced that the recordings for season 4 will begin in March. The creators say that the continuation with June and her companions will be available this year. They hint at the fall, and if we look at previous seasons, that would mean we follow just a month later. What news on this gray Wednesday.
Seen the finale of season 3? Our app went from: oh my god oh my god oh my god to no, no, nooooo, yessss. I mean: there was no need for a spoiler alert, right? But the creators wouldn’t be the creators if we were left with a lot of questions. We have good news, because it has just been announced that those questions will be answered.
Writer Margaret Atwood let us fans know that in the spin-off of the series, The Testaments, everything will become clear. The story takes place about twenty years after Gilead and unfolds what has happened since June and her fellow Handmaids. Can’t wait for MGM and Hulu to translate the book into a few binge-worthy seasons? Then you should head to the bookstore on September 10 to grab a copy of The Testaments and read it.
But first: season 4. And if we may make a small prediction based on the last seasons, it could very well be that Hulu treats us to that in 2020. That means Videoland will follow a day later. Much more The Handmaid’s Tale in the making, so stay tuned.
