After this interview, Kim posted a reel on Instagram showing her beauty routine. Unfortunately, she showed more than that: the scars from her facelift also got a prominent spot in the frame.

Never a dull moment with the Kardashians... But it would really be nice if they would also come unfiltered on the Gram or just be honest about what they have and haven't done. I'm seriously curious about those procedures because I think Kim looks absolutely beautiful as she does now.
