Wouter de Jong wrote the book ‘Superpowers for Your Head’, which is actually a mindfulness course for children. It is light-hearted, cheerful, optimistic, and has funny illustrations by Hein de Kort. I'm going to go through it with them this weekend, and I have a feeling that I will also become a lot happier from it. If only for the sake of the reversed evening. Want to know what that is?
