A polaroid with delicious healthy snacks

When I have friends over for dinner, I usually stay away from the big cooking. Not that I can't do it, but I don't find it (…) that they sit at the table while I or my partner are busy preparing a multi-course dinner in the kitchen. Our tactic is as follows: we get as many snacks as we can and put them all on the table at the same time, preferably before the friends arrive. From a fresh dip with a splash of lime to macadamia nuts to bruschetta. And now we have something new. Normally, I make a salad of watermelon, feta, and dill, but that also works as a snack. You cut the watermelon, make neat little triangles, and crumble some feta on top. A bit of pepper, a bit of salt, some dill, and present it nicely, and you're done. Medium healthy with cheese, what more do you want? I want nothing, enjoy!.
