From the mod girls during Copenhagen Fashion Week we learned it already: lace-up heels are tied around the pant legs. And although it is the fashion-savvy people that we have spotted multiple times with it, it is always a wait-and-see whether such a styling trick really catches on and ultimately develops into a trend. In the case of tying the lace-up sandals, it can now be stated after an overload on Instagram that we are dealing with a trend. Perfect now that the short skirts are being exchanged for pants and Indian summer days still despise socks and make extra room for free toes.
