‘I try to keep it to one bottle a day’ is my favorite quote from a famous Dutch lady who knows how to appreciate a sip here and there. Just to be clear: a bottle refers to a bottle of alcoholic nature and is seen as a very nice minimum.

In an attempt to stay clear-headed and tight around the midsection, I have a few alcohol-free days in my agenda every week. But when I allow myself to drink, I try to stick to one bottle as well. This jumbo from AIX, you know, that delicious rosé, contains three liters of divine liquid.
