Ginger tea

As we speak, I am on day three of my detox. Tuesday was tough, Wednesday a little better, and I hope that today I think: well, I can do this for another day. But besides the juices, I am also drinking shots, with ginger, and boiled water with, yes, ginger. Also known as ginger tea, even though there is no caffeine in it. Yes, yes, a person learns from a detox. Our Dr. Detox also recommends drinking a lot of water with ginger. But what does ginger actually do for you? I looked it up for you, of course.

I read everywhere that it is a very versatile ‘little tuber’. And even though I peel the ‘little tuber’ every day, I didn't really see it as a tuber until now. But ‘little tuber’ doesn't really cover it, because if I may believe the worldwide web, ginger is a magical good.
