‘Do you need anything from the store?’ There’s a good chance someone here will shout ‘Sriracha’. We eat hummus with sriracha (pronounced: sjjjiilrieratssjj), salad with sriracha, a bit of sriracha on the old cheese, some sriracha over the avocado, a pickle with sriracha, actually our whole eating life is quite bueno with Sriracha. Some are satisfied with just a drop (hey Annabelle), while others ask for a refill five times (oh hello, Lot). I sometimes watch ‘How it’s made’ on Discovery. Okay, actually quite often. But that’s where this divine substance also came up. Thousands of red peppers, chopped, minced, and pureed into our favorite. That’s when you start to appreciate it a little extra.
