The Netherlands is a magazine country and we have many beautiful titles. LINDA of course, ELLE, Vogue, Harper’s… Yet there are few magazines as enticing as our national titles. LINDA. you want to read immediately from foreword to portrait gallery and everything in between. With JAN, I always start with the column by Carolien Spaans, then I sit down for the big interview which is also the best interview of all ‘glossy’ magazines, then to the fashion which is always understandable in JAN (also nice sometimes), the theme section, the column by Binnert de Beaufort and of course the foreword by my professional friend Esther. That I now get to be on the last page with my favorite place, store, dish, book, and scent is a great pleasure. Therefore today a glowing review for one of my favorites on paper: JAN. Buy it.
