Morning, dear people. Ask me now if I want to live in a millionaire's crib or if I want to explore the world four times a year and I choose the latter. I come from a family full of travel enthusiasts. It's back and forth and going and discovering. My sister is a flight attendant and mom is an adventurer through and through. We can sleep when we're dead, the world doesn't wait. If you happen to be at Schiphol this morning and see a girl with a ponytail and tiny little eyes: hi. That’s me. Three hours of sleep last night, but we'll catch up on that sleep later. The next destination on the agenda? Taba. Uh, what? I hear you thinking.
Taba is a popular destination for Egyptians and Israelis to go on vacation or for a weekend getaway. My boyfriend and I have been to Egypt once before, but that vacation has become a kind of we’d-rather-forget story because he was walking around with a broken jaw and had to drink everything through a straw. Something about a night out and running into the wrong people. Anyway, Egypt for a second chance then. Taba it is. Just a week of cuddling together, lounging on beach beds and soaking up vitamin D before we head back into the cold as ice winter. So not many articles from my side this week. But after that, full steam ahead. Oh, laptop shutting down, we are about to take off #okébyeeeee.
