Wat mee te nemen naar Dubai

In exactly one week, I will board the plane to Dubai. A week of sun, sea, and beach mixed with the largest shopping mall in the world (!), a morning of sand surfing in the desert, and of course a photo moment for the Burj Khalifa (one of Kiki's Dubai tips).

Long story short: we are excited for Dubai. Although… When I double-checked the ’What you need to know before you go to Dubai’ list, there was a moment of what to wear panic. Read: ‘see-through and off-shoulder are trends that the government of Dubai skips’, ‘the intention is that you dress appropriately, as you can even be refused entry in a shopping mall’ and ‘cover everything from your shoulders to your knees, then you’re always good.’ Okeee, this is going to be packing with a manual.
