Watch tip: ‘Murder file Holleeder’ on Videoland

I can't even imagine having a fight with my own flesh and blood, so intense that I would be in danger. That my own brother would want to take me out. Sonja Holleeder knows what it feels like. And exactly that emotion is what John van de Heuvel tries to capture in his new Videoland documentary ‘Moorddossier Holleeder’.

In the docu, survivors reveal their deepest feelings and emotions about the murders of their loved ones. For the very first time, Sonja Holleeder shares her story on camera about living with Cor van Hout, two murder attempts, and the ultimately fatal attack. Now more relevant than ever, given that the long-running trial against Willem Holleeder was resumed yesterday in the Amsterdam court.
