Heel Holland Bakt in één minuut: wat je wilt weten

Everything is nice and dandy with that Expedition Robinson finale, but it's also very important, yet you might almost forget that yesterday was simply the first episode of Heel Holland Bakt. And yes, that is also important. They did suffer from the Expedition viewers, as the program had a million fewer viewers than usual. Hmm, although that should be fine again next week when the competition is gone. Were you also ready for the Robinsoners and not for the bakers? No stress, I'll walk you through the episode in one minute.
The bakers who remained from the 500 applications, which were fifty, got to present their creations to Janny van der Heijden and Robèrt van Beckhoven at an old-fashioned cozy Dutch fair. It didn't stay that cozy: thirty people had to go home. The remaining twenty went on to the Heel Holland Bakt camp where half had to go home again. Yes, the first episode of HHH was simply a slaughterhouse.
But well, there are now still ten people left. My hope is placed on Ingmar, who sees baking as a kind of chemistry project. I also think Jeroen is great because he loves everything that is Burgundian and I can really relate to that. But Johan is a cheese merchant and I can also really relate to the love for cheese. Limburgers Pauline and Aline are also participating, so their pies must be fe-no-me-nal. Okay, not really a favorite for now, this season. But I'm ready for it again on Sunday, you know. I also tell myself every season to gain more experience in the cake-baking scene. This year I'm really going for it. Next year my debut in Heel Holland Bakt, mark my words.
