A delicious recipe for truffle fries on veggie day

What happens when you combine one delicious truffle with another delicious fries? Then you get divinity in the form of truffle fries. Sometimes life can be that simple.
INGREDIENTS
Frozen fries
Truffle oil
Zeezout
Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
- Take the fries out of the packaging and drizzle them with truffle oil before they go into the fryer or Airfryer. For the Airfryer, you can use the delicious low-carb fries from Leon & León Fry or Airfry according to the packaging.
- Once they are ready, place them in a large bowl and drizzle again with truffle oil and toss them together.
- Add sea salt to taste.
- Then grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on top with some chopped parsley if desired.
