About the post-corona era

The infections are decreasing, just like the number of deaths. Every person who dies is one too many, but the curve is flattening and so we are starting to think very, very carefully about what comes next. About what comes after. And then I think of everything.
1. Will we ever cough into our hands again or will we remain elbow coughers?
2. Don't you find it strange that there is only one word for both the outside of your elbow and the inside? I would prefer to call that the elbow pit or something. But nitpicker. Me, that is.
3. When are we going to give three kisses again? Or are we not going to do that anymore? Just wave with the hand and that's it. Or bow?
4. Are those dreams about corona stopping? It seems that we all dream about corona and where I hadn't experienced that yet, it suddenly came last night. About someone who wanted to kiss me, came way too close, and I said something about it, to which she reacted huffily that I could just say it if I didn't want to. Bizarre.
5. Will I ever be able to just bring my children to their classroom again or does that ritual, walking to the desk, giving the teacher a handshake, a pat on the head, peeking through the window and blowing a kiss, and chatting on the way out with friend mothers belong to the BC (Before Corona) era?
6. Can we just go on vacation abroad this summer or will country borders be guarded more strictly forever to hinder the spread of the virus?
7. Will we fly less now and eat local products (and seasonal products) because we see that it really isn't the end of the world?
8. Will terraces like those in Paris, where you are practically sitting on each other's laps, come back?
9. Will there be a name for the post-corona generation? Will they be more rooted and locally oriented than the social butterflies that are so characteristic of millennials?
10. Will it ever be like it was? No, right, it probably won't. The new normal, that's what we're going for.
Just hold on a little longer!
