Feeling a bit February tired? Here are the most beautiful beaches within a maximum of four hours of flying.

I briefly thought it was due to my negative perception, but this morning I got the proof. February 2020 is officially the wettest month ever. At least, since we started keeping track of the weather in 1901, there hasn't been a wetter February. So it's not so strange if you, like me, long and hunger for a white beach and a sea so clear that you can see your toes. And since we don't all have the time and money to fly to the Seychelles for a bit, I've lined up the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Well, actually Vliegwinkel did that for me, but I'll list them for you.
1. Grace Bay Beach, Turks and Caicos Islands.
USPs: a five-kilometer-long beach, white sand, and a turquoise sea.
2. Elafonissi Beach, Crete
USPs: white beach, water so clean that you can see if you need a pedicure, and a sea that gradually gets deeper, making it ideal for swimming with children.
3. Benagil Cave, Algarve, Portugal
Not really a beach, but a beautiful cave that you can reach by swimming or kayaking. Due to the light and the reflection of the water.
4. Tropea Beach, Italy
Tropea is also known as the pearl of Italy, and it is indeed a small gem located at the edge of a hill where a beautiful little church can be seen.
5. Rabbit Beach, Lampedusa, Sicily
I would say that Sicily is a perfect destination if you love the good things in life and beautiful beaches. Besides Rabbit Beach, I would also like to nominate Cefalu and San Vito Lo Capo for the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
6. Ölüdeniz-Mugla, Turkey
In this area, there is a construction ban, which keeps it beautifully green. That applies to nature, of course, the sea is just exactly-how-you-want-it blue.

If you decide to book, let me know in a cozy DM on my Insta @maybrittmobach, then I'll travel along in spirit.
