Can we stop whining about Guus's house?

Guus Meeuwis has renovated his house. And the Netherlands wouldn't be the Netherlands if we didn't have all sorts of opinions about it. Many believe he has completely ruined the place (a 103-year-old country house in Tilburg). It has become a crematorium. A nuclear bunker. People are outraged. Furious even. People are wondering if this is healthy at all and whether there are any windows. The singer was even called to account this morning at 538.

“It is a very modern, sleek house. I think it’s a stunning design. We are more than happy with it! But it’s just like with a song: you have to judge it only when it’s completely finished,”, said the singer. Now I understand that it’s corona and all, and I do get bored sometimes too, but dear people, to hate on someone else's house like this? To get furious? Hahaha. Okay, sorry.

Dear Guus (and Manon), enjoy your new house! On your land. Renovated with your money. To your taste.
