Dolly Parton wants to be in Playboy again
Oh Dolly, what have we done to deserve you? I think she's so really crazy. A lot of self-mockery and Jolene should definitely be nominated for best song of all time. Maybe an idea for the Top 2000? Dolly doesn't hide the fact that her good looks aren't entirely natural (if you doubt that when you see recent photos, which is unlikely), and she really doesn't care what anyone thinks about it. Because as long as she finds it beautiful, she keeps going.
Madame Parton will turn 75 next year and has grand plans. I wouldn't exactly want it for my birthday, but if I looked like Dolly at 75... Then maybe. Because she wants to be in Playboy. Naked. By the way, this isn't her first time if this plan goes through; she was already in it in 1978. And she wants to recreate that shoot, including the black ‘outfit’ (not exactly a concealing costume, let's say) and the bunny ears. In fact, she assumes that she will still fit into that same outfit at 75. Okay, still reasonable #lifegoals for when I'm 75.
She also has a perfectly valid reason for wanting this: ‘I think it would be so funny. If they dare to do it. I don't know if they want to.’ Well people at Playboy, you heard it. Just quickly get in touch with her and then this is a done deal. I think Playboy has been struggling with disappointing sales figures for quite some time, so a boost like this is definitely welcome. And otherwise, we can use the shoot from ’78, because she hasn't changed that much. ‘My breasts are still the same. I'm a kind of cartoon character, and cartoon characters don't really get older.’ So refreshing next to all those celebrities who stubbornly insist they haven't had any work done here and there. Just do what you want and go on Playboy at 75. It can all and should all be able to happen. Go Dolly.
