For when it can and is allowed again: the most beautiful wine bars in Paris

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: the most beautiful wine bars in Paris.
You already knew that you have to go to France for wine. In the French capital, it's a real celebration: caves and wine bars in abundance.
Les Fines Gueules
Located in a beautiful 18th-century building near the Louvre. Here, you come not only for the (organic) wines but especially for the snacks: everything prepared with products from the best producers in the Paris area. Such as meat from Paris’ famous butcher Hugo Desnoyer and bread from celebrity baker Jean-Luc Poujauran. Tip: order the steak tartare. 43, rue Croix des Petits Champs
Septime La Cave
Renowned restaurants that open a cheerful little side project, we love that. Because: more accessible and affordable, just like this tiny wine bar opposite the eponymous Restaurant Septime, located in an old shoemaker's shop. A bar, two old wooden cabinets full of bottles, and packed every evening, because the wines (many natural wines) are sublime, as are the snacks from the star chefs across the street. Go! 3, Rue Basfroi
Le Baron Rouge
At this immensely popular hangout (relaxed atmosphere, nice prices), the walls are lined with bottles and barrels, stacked from floor to ceiling. In nice weather, you drink wine on the sidewalk, together with locals who fill their empty bottles directly from the barrel. On weekends, everything here revolves around oysters and sancerre.
1, Rue Théophile Roussel
En Vrac
A charming, cozy wine bar where you can blend your own wine. Not necessary, a glass of your choice with a plate charcuterie is also fine. Fun: the old French lemonade bottles with which locals tap their wine here.
2, rue de l’Olive
La Grande Crèmerie
Love at first sight. On the menu, you find 400 diverse French wines: unfiltered wines, vin nature champagnes, and special finds. Alongside: French delicacies like rillette and pâté (and do: finish with the cheesecake. It's insanely delicious here). 8, rue Grégoire de Tours
L’Avant Comptoir
Incredibly popular, this tiny wine bar next to the equally beloved restaurant Le Comptoir. The wine list is minimal and reasonably priced, the snacks delicious: grilled scallops, Breton artichoke, and Ibérico ham. 9, Carrefour de l’Odéon
Le Verre Volé
At Canal Saint Martin, Cyril Bordarier serves delightful wines in his messy little place with cheerfully painted chairs, all made as naturally as possible, without any fuss in the vineyard. What do you eat with that? No idea, because the menu changes almost every day. Here, anything goes, except asking for ketchup or cola. 67, rue de Lancry
