Gin lovers pay attention; there is gin mayo

A gin and tonic for dinner, I find it intensely festive. But for the real gin fans, there is so much more fun to find with your favorite drink. Let me mention the most fun finds.

1. Gin mayo
Simply available at Albert Heijn. Discovered by restaurant Mossel & Gin, which thought: let's also add a splash to the mayonnaise. That turned out to be a hit. Together with Zaanse Mayonnaise and Bobby’s Gin, they created an official product.

2. Gin marmalade
Let the English shuffle when it comes to drinks. They let their two favorites, gin and marmalade, sniff each other and voilà, supermarket Firebox put it in a jar. Think lemon marmalade, gin, and quinine, so also good for a hangover.

3. Gin and tonic tea
Fortnum & Mason launched gin and tonic tea. The flavor, not the alcohol. Just to get in the mood.

4. Gin and tonic popcorn
Also to be found with our English friends at popcorn manufacturer Joe & Seph’s. Popcorn with gin and tonic flavor. Do not feed to minors because there is five percent alcohol in this popcorn.

Enjoy!
